Do You Need Help?


  • I need to amend or cancel my order
  • On completion of your order, it is immediately sent to be produced to get the items to you as quickly as possible so, you will need to return your purchase when you receive it.  Please refer to item 4 below for next steps if you wish to return your item.  

  • My order is incorrect
  • Thank you for understanding that mistakes can sometimes happen, and if it does, I will do my best to rectify it as soon as is humanly possible, please contact me on support@wonderfulworldart.com 

  • My order hasn’t arrived
  • Some products are produced in different locations and so can be delivered separately.  If your order has not arrived within the estimated times of your items, please contact me on support@wonderfulworldart.com 

  • I have changed my mind
  • Items may be asked to be returned in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt. Refunds will only be given once I have received the item back in its original condition. Personalised items or Commissions are non-refundable and cannot be returned.  Please send me details on support@wonderfulworldart.com 

  • My order is faulty or damaged
  • Thank you for understanding that damage can sometimes happen in transit, and if it does, I will do my best to rectify it as soon as humanly possible.  If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me straight away on support@wonderfulworldart.com . Please provide at least 2 photographs to show what is wrong with the item. 


    Delivery & Shipping

  • Postage & Packaging Costs
  • Your delivery cost includes postage, packaging to keep your gift safe in transit.  The cost depends on where your gift is being sent to.  For delivery details, please see Shipping Policy on the footer of my website.  To check the postage and packaging costs of an order, place items in the shopping basket, quantity and address and the site will calculate the charge for you.

  • How is shipping calculated?
  • I only recharge what it costs me to ship your items to you as I appreciate how expensive packaging and shipping are.  

    There is a charge for each product time with a small incremental charge if more than one of that product is purchased.

    As products are created just for you and are sourced from different locations, there are shipping charges associated with the different products.

    I prefer to be very transparent with my customers on how much shipping costs.  Some businesses offer ‘free’ shipping and may cover it within the product purchase price but I prefer to show each element.  As I am a small business, it is not possible for me to fund free or discounted shipping although I am sure you know nothing in this life is truly ‘free’.

    By covering the charging what it costs me to ship your items, I can help to support more nature conservation efforts.

  • Where do you ship to?
  • Very soon, I will ship worldwide so whatever country you or your loved one lives in, you will be able to get Wonderful World Art gifts!  I will keep you posted and update you all as soon as this is available.

  • How long will delivery take?
  • It depends on where you are and which product you have chosen as your gift.  Estimates of delivery times are included in each product description as shown below  highlighted in grey under the payment options.

  • Are parcels tracked?
  • The Framed Prints, Premium Blanket Throws and Premium Cushions are sent via tracked delivery although all other products are not currently.

    Gift Cards

  • When do the gift cards expire?
  • There is no expiry date on our gift cards.  We know it can be easy to overlook a gift card and then suddenly find it!  We pride ourselves in always being fair and honest so there will be no expiration on when you can get your gift!

  • Do you send a physical gift card?
  • Our gift cards are electronic and confirmation will be sent via email to you.

    Personalisation & Commissions

  • Can you personalise my item for me?
  • If you have any specific requests, I will do my best to assist you so you get exactly what you want.  There may be an additional charge for this service.  Please contact me on support@wonderfulworldart.com and I can let you know if it is possible for the product you have chosen.  If it is, I will send you a proof to approve and no refund will be possible after the order has been processed.

  • Can you do a commission for me?
  • Would you like a digital art painting done just for you or your loved one?  You could also have it created into your favourite products!  Commissions start from £150 plus the cost of the product you would like created.  The designs take about a week to create and you also need to allow for the production and delivery time of the item so please allow as much time as possible (at least 6 weeks depending on how many commissions I have to complete) before you need to receive your gift.  Please contact me on support@wonderfulworldart.com or on the Contact Me Form and I will get in touch with you as quickly as possible.  A proof of your design will be sent for your approval and once processed, a refund cannot be offered.  Please see further details on the Commission's Process within the footer of my website.
